Our client based in Stonehouse are a well-established manufacturing provider and due to rapid growth across the company are recruiting for a permanent HR Support Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has at least 3 years’ experience within HR to support a team of managers and oversee the HR function across the business. Job Role - Assist managers with all HR including but not limited to – recruitment, contracts, disciplinarians and other procedures - Oversee the HR function across all sites which have in total approx. 160 staff - Ensure all sites are compliant with the company’s policy’s & UK employment law - Roll out new HR initiatives Candidate Attributes - Excellent knowledge of UK employment law - Experience of delivering training is desirable - 3 Years experience of a similar HR role - CIPD qualification would be desirable however not essential - UK driving licence and vehicle Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm Salary - £30-35k DOE This job was originally posted as
