Admiral is looking for ambitious and enthusiastic graduates to join the fast paced world of financial services at our Cardiff based headquarters. You will be given projects that will have a real impact on our business. Our Graduate Programme gives you variety and exposure to different areas of our business through a structured placement scheme. We invest heavily in you and your personal and professional development. You will gain a recognised professional management qualification through the Admiral Academy’s Institute of Leadership and Management with the ILM level three management qualification. In addition to the support of the Graduate Programme Manager, you'll have your own dedicated Admiral Mentor, as well as a mentor who has recently progressed through the Graduate Scheme. They are on hand for personal support and professional guidance. Depending on which area of the business your career takes you, you can also gain additional qualifications in areas such as specialist insurance, audit, data protection, IT, or even an MBA. All qualifications are fully sponsored by us. We are in Spain, Italy, France and the USA. There are potentially opportunities to work alongside our overseas operations which can vary from a few days to much longer.
