We currently have a new opportunity for a Senior Network Analyst to join our technology arm, InsureTech, to help assure business needs and group level initiatives and strategy is met. In addition to working on various Infrastructure projects you will take a leading role in the support and standardization of network infrastructure, scoping the requirements and implementing to completion, you will be work with a team of senior analysts supporting the global network architecture. Your responsibilities will include: Be responsible and be the subject matter expert for the global network - including WAN, LAN & WLAN Applies knowledge and previous experience of integration projects to scope, architect and execute the integration ensuring minimum disruption to the business Working with the Infrastructure Project Management team to ensure smooth delivery of projects and expectations are agreed Stay current and be confident to make recommendations on technologies, architectures & security Apply good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks at the same time Demonstrated ability to problem solve, identify alternative solutions, and communicate best practices Strong research skills, excellent interpersonal skills in working with others Monitor and track incidents and trouble calls in ServiceNow in support of the incident and problem management process; recognize high priority tickets and take action within the expected response time Support other areas of the enterprise infrastructure The successful candidate needs to have an established career in global networks, with expert knowledge in firewalling, core switching & routing, wireless and WAN technologies, plus have good knowledge across all Infrastructure disciplines. The candidate should have a good appreciation of virtualization, SAN technologies and security principles. In addition, the ideal candidate should hold certifications to include Checkpoint CCSA and / or CCSE and Cisco CCNP, any design certifications will be advantageous. This job was originally posted as
