They are currently going through a massive transformation and restructure within procurement, based on newly implemented strategy. They have recently had a new CPO prompting this huge transformation and are looking for progressive, innovative candidates to join them. Your New Role This role will focus on process management, finding and exploiting improvements within the procurement process. You will analyse key data to drive process improvement whilst reporting findings to upper management. You will support the transformation program whilst embedding and executing an improvement program key stakeholders. You will also report directly to the Global Head of Procurement Process improvement. What You'll Need To Succeed Strong experience in the procurement process analysis and process improvement will allow you to thrive in the role. Great communication skills with the ability to build relationships with existing key suppliers are needed to sell improvements and changes. You will have an innovative and enthusiastic approach whilst being able to efficiently self-manage. You be able to formulate and implement strategies, striving for process improvement and operational efficiency. A CIPS qualification would be an advantage.
