Head of Customer Experience Development c500-700 per day Our client, a major household name, are looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Customer Experience Development to join their team for an interim period at what is the beginning of an exciting period for the business. You will lead a team in order to create and manage a customer experience programme that will provide insight and instigate change across the business. Key Accountabilities: Lead an organisation wide customer experience programme that will improve experience levels across all touch points. Manage and report on major customer satisfaction metrics. Map and investigate the customer journey, seeking opportunity for improvement. Be a 'voice of the customer' across the organisation, driving organisational change and service improvement. Manage and mentor a team of customer experience specialists. Requirements: Extensive, expert knowledge of customer insight methodologies, strategies and analysis, that must have been gained within large, service based consumer organisations. This could include financial services, telecommunications and utilties. Extensive continuous improvement and change management experience. Strong commercial awareness and acumen. Exceptional communicator with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at a senior level. Project management experience.
