As the original developers of remote access technology our software is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide from the non-technical home user to IT professionals from global companies, such as Intel, IBM, NASA, Shell, DreamWorks and Philips The role The Product Support team provides outstanding technical support to external customers who require assistance on our range of products and services. To ensure we maintain and improve our industry-leading support, we are looking for a committed and passionate Product Support Engineer to support our external customers. The role is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to take an active role in providing a 1rst class support service to our global customer base. Working as part of a small team, youll take ownership of tickets to resolve customer issues, liaising with the relevant teams to identify and - if necessary - escalate product issues as required. Youll maintain internal and external knowledge bases to ensure that all documentation is current and accurate, and train staff on our product line. Youll also help to test our software prior to general release, whilst working closely with Sales and Marketing on customer product evaluations.
