Customer Service and Digital Marketing Assistant Guildford Salary c£15,000 If you're a good communicator and enjoy helping people, this could be an ideal job for you. As a pro-active and energetic customer service assistant or adviser, you would deal with customer enquiries. You would often be a customer's first point of contact with the company. You will deal with customers by phone, email and social media. Good 'people skills', a friendly approach and excellent communication skills are all needed in this role. This is also an opportunity for someone interested in digital marketing as 50% of the tasks will be related to assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager on - CRM, email marketing, blogging and social media. THE COMPANY We are an innovative market-leading solicitors company who specialise in business debt recovery. The office is spacious and modern and is based on the outskirts of Guildford, with ample parking and adjacent to the park and ride. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES The Digital Marketing Assistant will be answering customer enquiries via phone, email or social media. Use telephones or internet to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. The Digital Marketing Assistant will set up or cancel accounts. Advise on company information. Manage CRM information of clients and prospects. The Digital Marketing Assistant will inform customer of deals and promotions. Sell products and services. The Digital Marketing Assistant will work with S&M Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
