We are currently looking for a Site based Maintenance Engineer to work on a healthcare contract in Salisbury. Our client are offering a competitive salary scheme based on qualifications and experience from £26k to £30k with enhanced rates for unsociable hours. There is also personal development opportunities through ongoing training courses that are relevant to the work The ideal candidate for this role will have proven Electrical / Plumbing or Mechanical experience within a maintenance capacity ideally from commercial or industrial type environments. You will be experienced within responsive maintenance work, fault finding, repairs and new installations across a range of building engineering equipment and plant. Specific tasks will include general electrical and plumbing repairs, replacing sanitary ware, changing sockets, lighting etc and other building fabric requests. You will be familiar with planned maintenance work schedules and also have a good knowledge of legionella control and water hygiene work. You will have a secondary trade skill alongside you core training - i.e Electrical qualifications with a good level / supporting knowledge in Plumbing.
