Service Manager - St. Helens Salary - £37k Basic £63 OTE Car and Fuel Key Words - Service Manager, Customer service, Manager, Motor Trade, Vehicle, Automotive, Main Dealer, General Manager The company Our client, a well respected Motor Trade volume dealer in St. Helens, requires an Experienced Service Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing and customer service focused. They will also ideally have a proven track record a similar role. The Role To develop and manage the performance of your Service team in delivering an exceptional customer service experience whilst implementing plans to optimise the full profit potential of the department. To enable you to do this successfully you would need excellent inter personal skills and exceptional customer care. A full driver's licence is essential. The ideal candidate will need initiative to assist the team with building client relations and effectively delivering a pro-active performance. Responsibilities: If you can: Provide guidance, training and appraisals to each of the Service team to encourage a forward thinking attitude and a Nicer culture which will help them achieve their full potential Maximise customer satisfaction by treating them as an individual and delivering an exceptional service experience Monitor department performance against budget, identify any shortfall and implement plans to improve the performance Analyse local market statistics to identify opportunities within the territory Establish staff levels required to deliver both CSI and budget objectives. Organise departmental forecasts and reports in a clear and timely manner Maximise workshop revenue by maximising upsell and productivity Requirements If you have: Previous experience as a Service Manager A customer focused attitude with an uncompromising attitude to delivering customer service and maintain a customer centric culture within the Service team Outstanding interpersonal, organisational and communication skills Innovative individual willing to explore new methods of driving performance Main dealer experience preferred but not essential Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach and motivate the Service team to develop their full potential A full valid UK Driving Licence A minimum of A - C grades in Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent If you can meet the responsibilities and requirements, Then this could be the job for you Key Skills - Customer Focussed, Organised, Clear Communicator, Main Dealer Experience, Key Words - Service advisor, Customer service, Motor Trade, Vehicle, Automotive, Main Dealer Additional Resources are an Employment Business and an Employment Agency as defined within The Conduct of Employment Agencies & Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
