Customer Communications Assistant Manchester £18,746 - £22,168 35 hours per week Monday to Friday 12 month fixed term contract Following a restructure and review of our clients operating model they have an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking and organised individual to join their new Customer Communications Team. They are at an exciting crossroads redefining customer experience and they need people at the first point of contact who can jump from reactive call handling to proactive case management. Your responsibilities will include dealing with service requests, referring queries across the group, ensuring systems are kept up to date and arranging appointments. This could be by telephone, in writing, electronically or face to face at reception. Their customer base is very diverse and they are seeking someone who is capable of making effective use of systems technology to meet a range of requirements. You must have experience of front line customer contact and be able to demonstrate a “can do” approach. You must be committed to providing a high level of service and you will be prepared to go the extra mile to achieve this.
