Overview: The Multi-site Operations Manager will provide leadership, management and development to the Team; With high level organisational and planning skills, ensure the team reaches their full potential and works well to create a great environment that everyone will enjoy, and ensure the highest level of service delivery to customers at all times as well as meeting the efficiency goals of satisfied employees, quality levels and productivity. Operations Manager The task “what is your job?” To support the Divisional Director to manage and develop clients, motivating the team and keeping the 4Win process at the heart of all activities. Responsibilities Facilitate the Operations plan with other divisional colleagues in the team and ensure its successful implementation and successful achievement. Manage customer relationships to ensure that expectations are met, clients and their customers are satisfied and leverage opportunities to develop the business further. Ensure the team meets all the efficiency goals of satisfied employees/quality level and productivity. Manage the 4 Win process and support the divisional team to drive through efficiency improvements in all areas, eliminating waste and non-value added activities. Assist in delivering the expected SLA, customer service, service delivery and audit outcomes for each hotel as specified per contract. Assist in managing budgets and P&L in line with the business requirements and the operations plan. “What do you do at work?” Provide leadership, management and development to the Operations Team. Delivering the KPI’s, operations plans and optimising the financial performance, capability and standards for service delivery. Maintain and develop excellent relationships and business partnerships with customers and potential customers during the sales process and on an ongoing basis as a customer of our company. Person specification: Education / Qualifications Degree level qualification or equivalent and membership of a professional institute Evidence of continuous professional development Experience At least 3 years of experience working in a senior operations role within hospitality, retail or facilities Experience of TUPE Experience of successfully working as part of a team Experience of Coaching and mentoring Experience of high level problem solving across all levels Experience of working in a role where core values matter Personal Qualities Fun, friendly and outgoing with a passion for developing people A ‘can-do’ attitude, professional and approachable, demonstrating Care, Innovation and Equality Tactful and diplomatic with frankness, honesty and integrity An inspirational results focussed leader Ability to work on own initiative or under pressure Flexibility in approaching work situations and the ability to travel and stay away overnight from time to time and work weekends and evenings as the business demands Ability to work confidentially and with integrity Attention to detail Location/UK travel UK Driving Licence essential Previous Hospitality Experience essential This job was originally posted as
