Reporting initially to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be working across various sites throughout the UK to manage a key contract. Your main aim will be to ensure that all services are delivered to excellent standards of safety, customer satisfaction and compliance and exceed company financial targets. About the job With a firm focus on exceptional service delivery, you will: Ensure sub contractors deliver safe, productive and profitable work on a daily basis consistent with company and contract requirements and specifications. Ensure delivery of all programmed work to contract specification, ensuring agreed clearances is maintained. Ensure compliance with all Legislative Health, Safety and Environmental Legislative regulations. Audit and review the delivery and efficiency of all work and processes to drive improvement where necessary and ensure the programme is being delivered. Communicate reliably with the client and customers identifying needs and effectively resolving problems. Plan, price and execute work within company authority limits providing monthly reporting to Regional Operations Manager. Ensure safe working practices are complied with at all times creating a positive and proactive safety culture where all risks are mitigated. Ensure all safety related incidents are reported and dealt with as per Company procedure. Demonstrate strong leadership ensuring a safe, professional and customer facing service is delivered at all times. About you You will have a sound understanding of and experience in delivering Utility services, excellent team management and communication skills along with a commitment to deliver excellent customer services to all parties that are impacted by this service. You will also have: Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and how to apply these to delivery of works The ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Good team management, decision making and problem solving skills. Ability to be able to interpret contractual requirements and plan and implement delivery schedules. IT and administrative skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel Current driving licence as regular travel throughout the UK.
