We are actively recruiting for a Senior Payroll Manager HR (Pay and Reward) to join our client in Central London. Reporting to the HR Director you will manage and advise the team on the payroll process for remuneration, benefits, taxes, provisions, contributions, and termination payment as well as manage the administration of the UK pension plans for c300 employees. You will manage the payroll process, benefits and service for executive employees (managerial payroll) and expatriates regarding local and international payments. In addition taking responsibility to control and manage any accounting queries resulting from the payroll process, provisions, deferred expenses, pending accounts etc. About you • Ideally you will be degree educated. • You will have a senior level understanding of payroll. • Good knowledge of current labour and tax legislation. • You will have an advanced level of: leadership, influence skills, customer focus, goal focus, and team focus, as well as the ability to work under pressure, efficiency, innovative, strategic thinking and empathy.
