As a General Manager, you are responsible for leading your team to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, service quality, safety, cleanliness and sanitation. Having management background from the leisure or hospitality industry would be an advantage. About the company Based at a brand new trampoline park in Merseyside, they aim to bring customers an unforgettable trampolining experience. They are the biggest trampolining arena in the area. Offering children and adults of all ages the chance to bounce around, exercise and enjoy themselves in dedicated sessions either through free-play or designated classes. One of their main aims is to appeal to a wide audience, bringing in many different groups to the trampoline park.
