This organisation has enjoyed extensive growth due to a strong customer focus in a niche market. Your new role You will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of operational HR. The role is a generalist HR role including employee relations, supporting the management team from a people perspective but also looking at the added value part of HR with a view to shaping a people focussed, successful organisation. What you'll need to succeed You will be CIPD qualified (level 5) or working towards this qualification. You will enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic organisation. You will have a good base of HR experience and likely to have worked in a HR generalist role for at least a couple of years.
