Are you an experienced customer service professional with the ability to handle difficult customers? Are you driven, passionate and hungry for success? Our local government client is looking for people to join their already successful team, helping them provide a first class service to their customers. You will be taking payments and making payment plans for debtors providing a first class service through excellent call handling and communication skills. Ideally you will have contact centre experience but personality and team fit is most important to this role. The following attributes would be an advantage when applying for this role Previous proactive outbound experience and a confident communicator Strong rapport building skills and ability to handle challenging customers. Good IT skills Previous work history within a call centre environment Our client offers full training with a great benefits package. Including Free parking and increased pay rate and holidays after the qualifying 12 week period.
