Our client, a major global human capital consultancy, is looking for project managers at all levels to join them on a permanent basis. Working as part of the employee insights team, you will manage projects end-to-end, working closely with clients and consultants to ensure efficient delivery of employee engagement tasks. You will manage budgets, communications, delegates and facilities, timelines, KPIs and resources throughout projects. A large part of these roles will be stakeholder management and it’s essential that your relationship management skills are as strong as your project management skills. In order to be considered for this role you must: Have an understanding of project management, ideally gained within a customer research environment in-house or another human capital consultancy An understanding of learning and development and employee engagement surveys Pride yourself on your reporting skills Be highly efficient, accurate and able to work autonomously At the senior level you must possess suitable project management qualifications – at the junior level, the business is willing to sponsor the PRINCE2 qualification for the right candidates This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most recognised HR Consultancies, where you will be able to make a difference right from the start.
