The Job holder will have excellent commercial understanding within a Financial Services sector & will have ability to make sound recommendations to Senior Management teams. · Oversee the management of Marketing campaigns through their development and delivery, completing a thorough analysis in order to evaluate against KPI’s · Ensuring it meets customer, channel, product, brand and business plan objectives · Develop visual identity and delivery of the Creative Strategy · Works with the necessary stakeholders to ensure that there is alignment between the Group Digital strategy and customer strategy across the business · Develop and execute the media strategy across traditional and digital media · Oversees the management of the digital campaigns and website ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements · Development and delivery of statutory customer communications, such as AGM, Report & Accounts, rate change and maturity communications · Budget management with accountability for the effective and efficient use of resources · Lead and implement the social media strategy Essential Skills required · Commercially astute business manager with strong Marketing experience, preferably within financial services · The candidate will have a track record in the delivery of direct and digital marketing and contact strategies, including social media, marketing campaigns, delivering strong sales and conversion targets across a range of media. · Good understanding of regulatory framework within financial services · Ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level · Track record of executing a brand strategy · It is important that this individual has the confidence and ability to manage external creative communications/development and media agencies on a day-to-day basis Salary up to £60,000 dependant on experience.
