A great opportunity has arisen for a HR Services Team Leader to join a leading Investment bank based in the City of London. About the HR Services Team Leader Role You will be responsible for the performance of a team of HR Advisors within the HR Services Team, overseeing the HR service delivery to employees, managers and the wider HR Team. Key Responsibilities for the HR Services Team Leader includes: Supervise the end to end HR transactional activities associated with the employment cycle, through effective resource planning and prioritisation of all HR Service inbox queries and escalations, ensuring that all work is completed with accuracy and efficiency. Provide HR advisory support to the business, providing guidance with recruitment, performance management and employee relations. Plan resource needs, manage workload distribution/ the allocation of the HR Services Mailbox tasks across the HR Advisors and monitor the delivery in-line with service levels Actively engage in the continuous improvement of the HR Services Team by using metrics to identify key trends in work volumes, time to complete and data accuracy Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure a seamless service is provided sharing resources to manage demand The successful HR Services Team Leader will have: A successful track record as a HR Generalist/ HR Business partner preferably within Financial services Previous experience working within a HR Shared Services Team Experience managing complex disciplinary and grievances cases This is an excellent opportunity for and experienced HR Generalist to join a fast-paced team in a varied role.
