Trend Micro Security Consultant | Cyber Security | Engineer | Analyst A lead IT Consultancy is on the hunt for Trend Micro Security Consultant to help provide technical engineering support with their customers in and around London and troubleshoot their operating and security systems. Responsibilities ?Conduct security engineering, escalation, troubleshooting and configuration with a particular emphasis to Trend Micro Products and other security products Design, implement and monitor the IT infrastructure on behalf the client Provide design and support to firewall rules, backups, checkpoints, migration Provide consultancy on information security governance and awareness Maintain a strong communications with end users Requirements Recent experience of Trend Micro in regards to installation, configuration, migration Experience of other security-related products (symantic, mcafee etc) 4 years work experience in technical customer support preferably in cyber security Serviced IT customers, or in any high-tech industry Good communication and collaboration skills and is customer oriented Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (installation, configuration, troubleshooting and server-client relationships) 4 years troubleshooting and management experience Network environment ie TCP/IP, SMTP, HTTP, FTP Knowledge of gateway applications, such as Firewalls, VPN, and Router technologies Knowledge of Vmware, AWS and Azure Proficient in Microsoft Basic Office applications and Sharepoint Microsoft certification in networking, security or similar Trend Micro Security Consultant | Cyber Security | Engineer | Analyst This job was originally posted as
