An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Manager at this 4 property in Surrey. As Front office Manager you would be required to have a strong background from within a hotel reception department to include reception accounting and management. You will be in charge of the day to day running of the reception. You would be used to ensuring that guest details and profiles are always accurate and working closely with the reservations and revenue departments. You should have managed the different teams that work at the reception. You would be responsible for supervising and motivating your team and have the ability to lead and also develop and grow them professionally. You could currently be a strong and experienced Reception Manager that is ready for that next step. The company offers real career progression with the possibility of developing further into the FOH Manager.
