Business Analyst, Workflow Documents, Workflow Analysis, Professional Services, London Business Analyst required to work for a law firm based in Central London. You will have workflow exposure and will also be strong in writing internal communication documents. Read on for more details: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BA Support • Producing BA deliverables as required; including requirements, use cases and process models. • Supporting the implementation and application of existing and new technologies in the firm. • Assisting the Legal Service Innovation team in assessing new technologies. • Workflow Automation • Analyse and document detailed workflows through engagement with Business Services staff, defining a consistent style of documentation. • Work closely with those who have technical responsibility for different systems that may link with the workflow and understand and document their requirements. • Elicit and understand the requirements of the users and provide guidance as to how a process may be simplified/enhanced in readiness for automation. • Work closely with the vendor to design the automated workflows. • Prioritise and drive forward the documentation and build of workflows within the tool, including any testing. • Work closely with the Project Managers in the IT department to support their project requirements and report to them on your progress. • Support the launch and implementation of the workflows on the software, tracking feedback and reporting on time savings and usage. • Active Directory • Refine and define our international AD data dictionary. • Negotiate and agree a standard across all member firms. • Work on the data mapping to convert the existing AD fields to the new standard KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Excellent process mapping skills with an ability to extract the key data that will run through a process and understand how differing systems may interrelate as part of that flow. • Experience with a workflow tool (ideally Intapp Integrate/Flow or K2) within a professional services environment and an ability to explain the technology to non technical stakeholders. • Exposure to major practice management systems. • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with an ability to present complicated processes to a varied audience. • Strong organisational skills and experience in prioritising work to meet project deadlines. • Stakeholder and relationship management skills with an ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
