The salary is negotiable around 40-45K basic plus Bonus Based in Central London The Role CRM (Customer Relationship Management) plays an increasingly vital role in our business, helping us to manage our clients effectively. We are looking for an experienced CRM manager to support the company’s use of CRM, delivering excellent database management and taking the organisation’s customer management to the next level. Responsibilities Responsible for keeping the CRM system and database up to date Responsible for managing CRM operations; allocating licenses, controlling access, managing database security/integrity and backup procedures Provides end user training, support and feedback Carry out CRM improvement tasks; updating customisation, saved searches, reports and workflows to meet business needs Maintain database performance, security and results by setting and enforcing standards and controls and troubleshooting problems Support new CRM projects and database expansion by studying plans and requirements Keep senior management informed by preparing reports on activity, performance and problems Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations Creating and implementing a disaster recovery plan The successful candidate will have most of the following: You will need to have 2-3 years proven CRM / database maintenance and management experience You will have skills in configuring and managing a NetSuite deployment You will be able to promote process improvement, presenting technical information, CRM customisation and reporting You will be highly proficient with standard PC applications (e.g. Excel and Word) and be generally confident with using web applications, such as web conferencing and cloud storage systems etc. You will have a consultative manner, able to listen to and understand user requests and needs and effectively implement changes to the CRM system / database You will be numerate, analytical and a problem solver, who pays attention to detail You will be an effective communicator, who can explain complex products in a non-technical way (experience of providing training over the phone or face to face in a classroom is a plus) You will have strong organisation and project management skills You are quality focused person, paying attention to details, and thorough at work You have excellent peer-to-peer communication skills.
