ECOM are working with a well-recognised online comparison service that has made a difference to so many lives and is at the forefront of digital development. Based in Central London in fantastic offices with a great culture to go along with that, this is a chance to make a huge impact with consumer interaction and performance within the business. The role: You and the wider team will be responsible for above-the-line advertising, retention marketing (eg Email), performance reporting & customer analytics and market research. Plus, influence on brand positioning. With one direct report and room to grow this team you’ll also work collaboratively with the Customer Engagement team to facilitate implementation of CRM initiatives and provide marketing expertise. What we’re looking for: ? Minimum 5 years’ experience of owning and delivering multi-channel CRM strategy (client or agency side) ? Demonstrable evidence of achieving financial and customer retention targets for email/CRM marketing ? Accustomed working with sophisticated CRM tools. (Salesforce, Smart focus etc.) ? Great to have an understanding of Google Analytics ? Confident using big data and numbers ? Commercial mind-set that will have an impact on the wider Marketing team This job was originally posted as
