Head of Marketing - Multi-channel Retail The Role: An exceptional opportunity has been created for a Head of Marketing to join this business at a time of international growth. Managing a growing team who look after sites across Europe, USA and Asia, you will work closely with the Commercial Director to set up the strategic direction for all multi-channel marketing and brand campaigns and deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilities: Lead the marketing team to ensure activity is consistent across all global regions Lead on digital strategy Forecasting and reporting (ROI) Market research and competitor insight to assist in shaping marketing communications activity Ensure that B2C communications are engaging and improve customer experience to maximise growth opportunity and revenue The Candidate: Ideally you will have worked a retail environment and have a strong background in multi-channel marketing, understanding both digital and offline channels. You will understand the importance of brand and know how to communicate to the customer. Experience in a senior strategic role is essential, along with exceptional people management skills. This role would not suit someone from a corporate and structured background who is used to process. You need to be high energy, commercial and able to react and make decisions at speed.
