Our client is looking for an experienced Commis Chef. Job Objectives for the Commis Chef: To follow the Formal Hazard Anayalis and Critical Control Point practices as set up within the department To ensure the smooth running of his/her section and to see that all areas of the section maintain the standards. To cook/ prepare any food on a daily basis as instructed by the head chef and second according to business requirements. To follow the daily and weekly cleaning schedule as directed by the head and second chef and to log tasks completed. Skills required of the Commis Chef: Training and Qualifications: To attend training for food hygiene certificate Functional Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Able to deal with minor problems arising during the course of the Service period. Social Skills and Experience Able to motivate himself/herself and have a good rapport with staff.
