Our supportive Work-Based Learning team is seeking a self-motivated and people focussed individual to join us as a Lead Internal Quality Assurer, skilled within the Retail Industry This exciting opportunity is a national role supporting the provisions within East of England. The purpose of the role is to manage the internal quality assurance team within the Retail sector to ensure KPIs are met and maintain full compliance to company and awarding organisation policies and procedures. The role also involves managing the sector output of success rates and maintaining a standardised national delivery Responsibilities: Performance manage a remote team of Internal Quality Assurers Communication and implementation of LIV and IV strategy and best practice. Driving compliance and continuous improvement within the sector Drive timely learner success rates within the sector in line with company targets Monitoring and evaluation of monthly reports to ensure appropriate actions are taken to achieve and maintain timely achievement and success rates within the sector Essential requirements are: Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent Verification Award PTLLS or equivalent Key Skills Level 2 Application of Number and Communication Experience of managing people to maximise productivity, and implement change Uptodate industry knowledge to include legislation knowledge Up to date knowledge of the Government apprenticeship reform within the sector Willingness to travel to meet the demands of a national role Salary & Benefits: Salary between £26,384.00 - £27,475.00pa 25 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays Company Car (subject to 18 months service) Business mileage at 45ppm from home Training and development 35 hours per week (flexible working) Flexible Benefits (pension, childcare vouchers, employee assistance scheme…) Babcock is an equal opportunities employer and one of the UK’s largest training providers offering government funded Apprenticeships and providing work-based learning in the retail industry.
