Marketing Manager - Service Industry – Yorkshire Salary C: £30-£40K Base (Depending on Experience) Our Client is a fast growing and exciting organisation. The successful candidate can enjoy a future full of exciting challenges and opportunities The Role Working in the marketing team this role will be responsible for delivering the business marketing plan via online / offline channels to ensure marketing and commercial targets are met. Working closely with the internal business owners, this role will take ownership of the execution of marketing activity including digital / offline advertising, search engine marketing, CRM and integrated campaigns. Delivering marketing best practice and commercially successful campaigns that deliver profitable growth will be key to the success of this role PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Execute the marketing plan in a timely manner - Devise and deliver commercially successful campaigns across all channels including website, e-communications, digital advertising, affiliate marketing, Radio, direct mail and other offline channels - Monitor, maintain and develop the current branding and point of sale. - Lead and deliver the CRM contact plan - Work closely with internal business owners to ensure that we provide excellent service and support sales targets, product developments and product launches - Measure and analyse results on an on-going basis and drive continuous improvement - Management of marketing agency outputs - Provide strategic monthly reports detailing outputs and forthcoming developments KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES NEEDED Proven track record of delivering commercially digital and offline campaigns Experience of setting up and managing CRM Analytical with an excellent understanding of search engine marketing Experience of brand development Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to think and report strategically Ability to plan and work to tight deadlines Good understanding of retail store merchandising Exceptional attention to detail English language A-level Marketing CIM or degree qualification Able to work on own and as part of a team Social Media experience is essential Apply Vicky This job was originally posted as
