Transport Admin Assistant required for busy container transport company in Totton, Southampton. Approx 30 hours per week (8/9am - 3/4pm) Monday to Friday. Interaction Recruitment are supporting our client in their recruitment of an administration assistant to support the transport office. Our client is a very successful container logistics company and are look to add to the existing admin team. The successful candidate will be required to take responsibility for various general administrative duties including invoicing / purchase ledger as well as many transport specific duties such as tachgraph ingfringement reporting and proof of delivery management. The ideal candidate will have good expeience in a similar role and ideally have previously worked in transport environment.
