About The Role A HR Reward Analyst is required to join a market leading insurer and legal services provider DAS in the HR department. As the HR Reward Analyst you will Support the development of salary structures and job families whilst maintaining the framework and role evaluations / job slotting Manage salary benchmarking analysis by collecting and analysing relevant data from external and internal sources, making recommendations where required Deliver advice and guidance regarding the salary and reward offering to internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, HR Advisers, Payroll) providing challenge as required Support the HR Services & Reward Manager to deliver the annual Salary and Bonus review by agreeing an appropriate timetable, and coordinating steps with key stakeholders Deliver People MI Dashboard on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis which - through HR Business Partners - informs Business Units of key people measures including narrative on any observed trends or suggestions for further research and follow up About You As an HR reward analyst you will be experienced in MS Office (including advanced capability in Word e.g. mail-merges etc.) Advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, 'what if' functionality, conditional formatting etc.) Benchmarking processes using external survey providers Good verbal reasoning skills Good written communication skills Gathering and interpreting large volumes of data and provide necessary insights About The Company As a market leader in the Legal Expenses Insurance market we have undergone rapid growth in recent years.
