New permanent HRBP role available in Manchester paying up to £37k Your new company You will be working for a well known professional business who are based in Manchester with a staff base of approximately 600 staff. Your new role You will be responsible for partnering with specific business areas to support the achievement of organisational goals by designing and implementing effective people plans and activity to support business objectives. You will be working at a very senior and report into the Head of HR with a team of 10 others in HR around you. The role is a full generalist position and includes employee relations, benefits & remuneration, learning & development, recruitment, leadership and other HR projects. This position will also be directly responsible for a HR Assistant and a payroll employee. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will be somebody who has a wealth of experience operating at this level within a HR capacity in an in-house HR role. Candidates will be CIPD level 5 or above ideally and will also have worked for a similar size operation. Experience of TUPE is going to be ideal for this client because of some of the projects coming up and if you have experience of Cascade or Core HR system then this would also be beneficial. What you'll get in return You will be offered a full time permanent role paying up to £37k.
