Our international Client based in East London require an experienced Suppy Chain/Production Analyst to assist operations team. Imaging at this organisation is a large and fast-growing network of teams located throughout North America, Europe, and Asia, focusing on fashion and product photography, photo retouching, graphic design, video and CGI production, automated image acquisition, and image support services. Our client is continually innovating and setting new industry standards for showcasing 10s of millions of products across multiple global marketplaces. In this role you will be part of the Operations team and you will use your experience in data analysis, reporting and problem solving to support the operations function in effective production planning, tracking of performance and real time support of production issues as well as being a contributor to identifying and delivering process improvements. RESPONSIBILITIES Collate and evaluate data and create reports providing detailed analysis of root cause and resolution. Resolve queries related to digital assets, researching and resolving customer-facing image coverage and quality issues. Identify and support improvement opportunities for tools and processes that will increase productivity and reduce defects. Assist in piloting new processes and provide feedback to ensure successful implementation. Develop and maintain knowledge management tools such as wikis and shared drives. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent required Previous experience working in a high volume commercial studio or similar environment requiring excellent analytical & problem solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent English proficiency (written and oral) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Creative and analytical problem solving skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience working with large datasets and ERP or other software systems Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Proven ability to adapt to workflow changes quickly Experience in process improvement and reporting tools Interested?
