The primary role of the Lean Process Improvement Engineer is to embed lean and continuous improvement into everyday practice. Their role will be to work with departmental heads and employees at our Crewe facility to identify opportunities to improve established processes to bring an assured, reliable and efficient result. Tasks will include: Lean and CI Project identification and management Management of cross functional teams Delivering results and managing stakeholder expectations Change Management and communication Tracking of all cost savings as a result of lean and 5S activity's Plan and lead continuous Improvement activities to streamline processes and reduce non- conformances Lean Process Improvement Engineer | Lean Process | Improvement Engineer | Project Management | IT | Continuous Improvement Additional Salary Information: Matched contribution scheme, 25 days hols Bhols Essential Criteria: Lean / Continuous Improvement experience Leading / facilitating teams experience Project Management ISO9001 knowledge Proven leadership and people management skills Experience of 5S, 8D, kaizen, six sigma Experience within a similar role Desirable Criteria: Degree or equivalent in an Engineering/Science related subject About Us: Our Vacuum Pumps and Systems is one of the largest manufacturers of vacuum pumps, blowers and compressors in the world.
