Due to expansion within their DC division my client, a leading international financial services company, currently seek a talented pensions professional to join their successful team. The Senior Manager role acts as the day to day contact for a number of high profile clients regarding the delivery of service including data delivery, scheme administration, client queries and SLA's. The role involves overseeing all aspects of client administration ensuring service excellence and addressing any areas of concern. You will also take past in regular client meetings and service reviews along with involvement in the securing of new business. Other responsibilities will include being a point of technical referral for the wider team regarding technical pension issues as well as providing input into process improvement and best practice. Applicants will possess a minimum of 5 years technical DC pensions experience and you will ideally be working towards or have passed pension related qualifications such as APMI. You must have a detailed knowledge of the pension administration process, client service and delivery along with the ability to be a major part in the retention of existing business.
