Growing based business based in Castle Donington are currently looking for a fully qualified CIPD HR Manager to join the business on a Part Time Permanent basis. This business is flexible on hours to suit, but they do want someone to be in the office every day Mon - Fri Reporting into the Director, your main duties as HR Manager will include · To ensure that all matters pertaining to HR issues remain confidential to the individual concerned, the line manager involved and directors. · To ensure all documentation required for new starters, flexi Hour requests, holidays, maternity and paternity leave, disciplinary matters and any other situation is available and provided in a timely manner. · To manage retirement applications and liaise with recruitment agencies, agree first interviews etc. as required in communication with directors and senior management. · Ensure that all employee paperwork and in particular Statements of Employment are returned. · To liaise with Company Law consultant as necessary and advise directors of any changes to employment year. · Ensure that all salary information for all departments is collated in a timely manner and submitted for processing in order that all employees receive their salaries on the appointed date. · Advise Directors of market salaries. · To ensure that all holidays and other absences are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. · Be able to manage all types of incident and people in all emotional states that presents. · To attend staff disciplinary procedures as required including travelling to branches when necessary. · Assist Managers with any staff issues. · To document and minute meetings as required. · All company procedures and policies are followed. · Be involved in staff recruitment when agreed. · To help Line Mangers with employee relations. · To help Line Managers manage absences effectively.
