JOB ROLE Parkdean Resorts are delighted to be recruiting a target driven Holiday Home Sales Advisor with proven sales experience into our established holiday home sales team based in Trecco Bay, Wales. Reporting into the Holiday Home Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the selling of caravan holiday homes to both new and existing customers, to meet and exceed the targets and financial performance requirements of caravan sales department. You will work as part of the holiday homes sales team where you will work alongside a Holiday Homes Sales Advisor and a Sales Administrator, reporting into the Holiday Homes Sales Manager. As part of your role, you will be required to work 48 hour week including weekends and evenings as directed by your line manager. Your main responsibilities will include: •Selling of holiday homes to both new and existing customers. We would expect you to meet and exceed the targets and financial performance requirements of the sales team. •Meeting and greeting of customers both those with appointments made prior and walk in's onto the showground. • Liaise with the sales manager to produce quotations, overcome any objections and secure deals maximising profit when you can. • Carry out relevant paperwork as and when required. • Demonstrating a fulfilled and effective handover of sold units to customers, whilst ensuring customer after care and service. • Adhering to sales process for presenting the full and clear facts to customers, presenting site fees and associated costs clearly and ensuring the customer is fully informed to make a decision.
