An excellent communicator, you will have a history of success in the management of NHS contracts and in developing and building effective customer relationships. You will use these skills to focus on customer service, improvement and generating referrals of appropriate patients through the contract management process . Working closely with members of the clinical pathways, healthcare governance, and finance teams the post holder is expected to co-ordinate issues relating to the delivery, monitoring and reviewing of regular (monthly and quarterly) contract information. You must be able to analyse and interpret relevant performance and activity data identifying trends and assisting in the preparation and delivery of customer reporting. Developing an understanding of individual customer needs and preparing and presenting data accordingly. You will need to be administratively confident, well organised and able to work with complex requests for information, whilst showing confidence in working to facilitate agreement and implementation of change. This is a demanding role within our Sales and Marketing function.
