We're looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join our marketing team to act as the 'voice' of one of Britain's finest designers and makers of outdoor furniture & kitchens. Offering valuable support and, in some instances, taking overall responsibility for aspects of digital marketing activity including website content management, e-marketing, social media, PPC, and SEO work. This is a great role for someone looking to take on more responsibility and gain experience marketing exclusive products to a successful, wealthy and discerning audience. -Ideally you will be degree educated or have a marketing qualification -A proven track record within a similar digital marketing role (preferably B2C) -Experience of analysing digital marketing activity and reporting to the management teams -Content creation (utilising excellent copywriting skills) and management of content plan -Strong skills in using Google Analytics, Microsoft Office (including excel) and SM management systems Ideal applicants will have demonstrated an ability to develop and implement a digital marketing communication strategy. You will love creating, engaging with and moderating online communities. You will have excellent written skills and the ability to quickly grasp sometimes-complex information and convert it into simple and accessible language. In addition to the Digital role, applicants will need to engage and support the Marketing Manager to deliver the other Marketing activities. -Manage the online company blog acting as main contributor, editor and writer. -Seek new relationships both internal and external, to assist in creating new content. Make sure partners, specifiers and suppliers are actively involved in our content. -Assist with the PR campaigns and work alongside management to improve current PR strategy; seek opportunities for PR worthy press stories. -Manage the relationship with our SEO agency and ensure that the research they provide is implemented in the content plan. -Oversee the e-mail marketing campaign, monitor the performance and constantly test for new ways to improve engagement. -Assist with major industry events such as RHS Chelsea Flower show; create content around them and seek new relationships. Help on the stand and meet potential clients. -Telesales to inbound enquiries and B2B contacts -Regularly update customer details on CRM system. -Assist with general marketing activities. -Plan, implement and manage the yearly content calendar that is driven by the overall marketing plan and ensure we are delivering consistent content that is on brand and relevant to all audiences.
