European Rewards & Benefits Manager Our client, a Global provider of cash management solutions are now looking for an experienced European Reward Manager. This person will be responsible for delivery of all compensation and benefits activity in relation to the European and EEMEA business and will work closely with the Country HR teams to support the annual salary and performance management process. The position will be based at one of our clients UK sites in Hampshire. Travel on occasion will be required. The successful individual must possess a high level of IT literacy skills including Excel, Word, HR Database, reporting, Outlook and PowerPoint (Access- desirable) The individual will possess excellent time management skills and the ability to plan and manage projects and must understand the importance of building effective working relationships. The jobholder must be educated to degree level or equivalent – CIPD part or full qualification. Experience of job matching and salary survey participation and analysis and management of benefit plans and provider management. Experience of pay and benefits harmonisation and job evaluation skills would be desirable. Global mobility experience would also be of interest. The successful individual will be responsible for job matching and pay benchmarking for client groups to include survey participation and analysis of survey data for the European region. The individual will maintain relevant documentation and data for audit purposes, also ensuring job match data is up to date and accurately recorded. The position will also involve managing reward related projects as required across European region. Provide on –going support to HR teams providing salary analysis, salary review processes performance rating analysis as required. The person will be responsible for the tracking of the sales commission plans and assisting the European Finance Director and HR Director (who this person will be reporting to). They will also need to research reward initiatives and keep up to date with market practice to ensure legislative compliance. Individuals must also be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client focussed pro-active ‘can do attitude. This position comes with a salary in the region of £50,000 - £55,000 Bonus company pension other benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
