In addition to excelling at Account Management, the KAM will: - Collaborate with other KAMs to deliver office-wide initiatives to boost knowledge and morale - Take the lead on planning and delivering high quality training sessions for AMs - Understand the forecasting process and develop the skills needed to forecast accurately - Contribute to the pitch process for new client wins by providing market insight and case studies - Manage an Account Executive/Intern, monitoring progress and coaching them to succeed - Deputise for the AD, helping to build team spirit and taking responsibility for the team when the AD is absent - Develop a profile externally by contributing to the blog, attending industry events and taking on speaker slots Key Performance Indicators Disseminates superior affiliate knowledge and insights to the internal team and to clients · Understands KPIs in other online channels · Can articulate the value of CJ in the consumer decision journey · Plays a role in training staff and developing best practices within the office Communicates authoritatively and persuasively · Presents to a high standard · Speaks with confidence and conviction when communicating with advertisers · Demonstrates their higher level of understanding Builds healthy advertiser relationships · Holds regular client meetings · Intrinsically understands client goals · Created QBRs that convey results that champion affiliate marketing and its impact on overall success Builds healthy publisher relationships · Holds regular publisher reviews · Prospects for new publishers · Attends industry events Builds long term value for CJ · Negotiates win-win agreements that maximise value to CJ · Works with advertisers to exploit CJ's full network of publishers to deliver greater value · Gets involved in projects that further CJ’s resources and reach · Explores new opportunities and unchartered revenue streams Leads by example · Has a positive attitude, respects others, is a team player, builds positive working relationships up, down and across the organization · Persues goals with commitment and takes initiatives eagerly, taking ownership for success and failures · Demonstrates ability to delegate and man-manage where necessary Follows through on commitments and responsibilities · Exhibits openness to new ideas and can change his/her style to work best with others · Seeks out/uses knowable information/resources to make sound decisions that represent "good judgment" and are in best interest of the Company · Does what is right and best for the business and is viewed ethical, honest and trustworthy This job was originally posted as
