About The Role As a Litigation Executive you will be responsible for handling a caseload of MOJ Portal personal injury claims. Reviewing cases upon initial receipt and assesing the prospects of the claim succeeding will be a key part of the role. You will be responsible for assessing the client's injuries and arranging medical appointments with appropriate experts along with arranging treatment and quantifying claims upon receipt of the relevant evidence. In the event of being unable to negotiate a reasonable settlement, the candidate will also prepare papers for Stage 3 Hearings and also Infant Approval Hearings. Arrange treatment and to quantify claims upon receipt of the relevant evidence Prepare papers for Stage 3 Hearings and also Infant Approval Hearings Ensuring that proper attendance notes are kept of all telephone calls handled by you and of all perusals and that all attendance notes are made promptly Assessing quantum and the prospects of success for cases under your conduct Identify and comply with applicable time limits and ensure compliance with court directions Taking all steps to bring claims to a successful conclusion promptly and in accordance with the Claims Handling Model if appropriate About You You will be able to bring experience of handling your own case load of Claimant personal injury cases which arise out of road traffic accidents, to include motorcycle accident claims. You'll also have: Excellent client care skills Knowledge of CFA funding & ATE insurance Knowledge of LVI and Fraud RTA claims will be advantageous You'll be able to demonstrate your excellent organisational skills; flexibility; discipline in meeting and achieving deadlines and working within tight timescales; motivation, empathy and be ability to work in a team environment.
