Business Analyst (12 Month Fixed Term) Well known and large organisation and provider of general insurance products is recruiting a Business Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract to t ake full responsibility for production of business requirements and process analysis / design within a project. You must have an insurance background. As a Business Analyst you will: Produce robust, accurate and detailed business requirements to support project and change activity. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs .Conduct investigations at a high level for strategy studies and feasibility studies Develop requirements specifications using Project and Change Management standard policies and templates. Drive and challenge functional business units on their assumptions and requirements Make recommendations for requirements approach (Agile, Lean, BPR) for a specific project or workstream. Identify and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases and scenarios as appropriate Preparation of business cases, action plans and timetables as required You will demonstrate relevant experience within Insurance.
