Working for a dynamic, forward thinking, digital design and marketing agency as a Product Support Analyst will provide support and training to users on internally developed applications. Salary and Benefits The Product Support Analyst will earn a competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 and excellent benefits which includes an annual bonus: 12.5%. The Role The Product Support Analyst will be responsible for responding to user queries and ensure these are resolved, along with delivering training and incident based support.
