Multi Unit Manager, Hospitality & Leisure, £35,000 - £40,000 plus package and excellent bonus Location is candidate dependant but you could be based anywhere from Scotland through North East and North West - Flexibility is key. You are likely to be a Cluster or General Manager with a strong track record gained within a food environment. What does the role involve? Drive a service culture and develop your team through training, coaching and support. Maintain exceptional standards and service at all times. Great management of forecasted sales and labour to maximise profit Demonstrate great leadership, reflecting the company vision and values. Deliver sales, stock, margin and cost control targets. Deliver the strategy based on the commercial and customer needs What qualities will you need for this role? An operational background within Retail or Hospitality Able to balance the demands of managing multiple units set your own goals High level of resilience is required to deal with this high volume business. Fantastic delegation skills to fully utilise your unit managers. Highly commercial with an entrepreneurial flair tailoring your approach to your particular market place. Experience of training, coaching and performance management Passionate and energetic leader In order to take advantage of the growth opportunities a degree of geographic mobility is required.
