Hollyfield Personnel have an exciting job opportunity for a Part-Time HR & Payroll Assistant in Burton-On-Trent with a well established company based in Lichfield. They are seeking a highly motivated individual who has what it takes to adapt to a fast paced environment. Duties to include; · Ensuring all HR and payroll processes are actioned and completed in line with payroll deadlines · Provide administrative support to the HR team · Collating and producing HR reports · Ensuring all sickness and maternity is entered and processed according to company guidelines · Inputting confidential information manually in timely and effective manner · Overseeing general HR administration duties · Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and ability to discuss sensitive information with all levels of the business · Supporting other members of the HR team Ideal Candidate; · A keen attention for detail and committed to delivering high standards of accuracy · Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work on their own initiative whilst being part of a busy team while achieving challenging deadlines · Strong level of communication skills · Ability to build strong business relationships · Highly flexible with an ability to multitask · Experience working within a HR and or payroll environment · Experience within a fast paced, strong deadline environment Working Hours; 3 days Tues to Fri Salary; £18000 - £20,000 Pro rata Please apply online today to avoid disappointment This job was originally posted as
