Customer View the centre from a customers' perspective and ensure a presentable, safe and welcoming environment is achieved. Develop a culture where people are committed to quality and high standards of customer service Deliver great performance for our customers. Fully understand customers' needs to ensure appropriate recommendations are made Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the Companies procedures. The day to day supervision of employees to ensure provision of a quality service for all Customers can be met at all times Manage the allocation and completion of work, and to ensure that the quality control system is applied to every job completed in the Centre. Ensure centre environment is run and maintained to ensure safety for both customer and staff Inform Line Manager of any faulty components or customer comebacks in order that the appropriate action can be taken. Business Hold daily business review meetings before opening Manage key profit performance indicators Ensure staff understand centre targets and their part in achieving them Take responsibility for the Technical standards and quality of workmanship within the Centre. Be aware of competitor activity. Analyse financial data Develop and maintain a centre plan to achieve priorities. Adapt to changing priorities if necessary in line with business requirements. Organise/prioritise own time to ensure jobs are done in a timely manner. Management of labour and budget costs Ensure the appropriate paperwork is completed on every vehicle Implement Good Housekeeping routinesaccording to Kwik Fit Way measures Manage and control stock to company standards Ensure awareness, adherence and promotion of Health & Safety, Group Policies & Procedures and Audit Requirements People Undertake first stage interview of potential new team members. Support new employees through induction and monitor progress Plan and organise staff objectives. Plan rota and annual leave for team Develop a culture where people are committed to quality and high standards Identifyand address staff training requirements Conduct meaningful appraisals Drive the team to live the Kwik-Fit Way.
