Digital Content Manager - Bournemouth We’re looking for a commercially, focussed marketeer with a strong background in digital content and website rebuild. It’s initially a 6 month contract with a view that it may extend to 12 months. The role is for a Digital Content Manager to work with our agencies and suppliers in kicking off, running and delivering a website rebuild project for 2 core brands. Your aim in this Digital Content Manager role will be to enhance our customer offering. It’ll be a busy time - you won’t have a minute to spare, however you’ll never be bored because the role forms part of our strategy. This means you’ll be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, external suppliers and in-house teams in starting the website rebuild project and bringing everyone together. If you’re great at managing projects and not shy about chasing up, then you’ll enjoy this role. The challenge will be around developing engaging content that optimises site performance, delivers a superior customer experience, increases the brand(s) reputation and ultimately drives income. A large part of the role is also about customer ratings and reviews and putting methods in place that measures customer satisfaction and feedback. We also work closely with our marketing colleagues in maintaining a consistent experience across the end to end digital touch-points and ensuring we have full integration and alignment with our offline experience. What your great Digital Content Manager experience looks like: · You’ll have a well-defined marketing background with experience in managing multiple brands and repurposing and rebranding sites – taking into account writing the definition, scope and presenting business cases. · You’ll need to be commercially focussed with an understanding of how your initiatives and objectives drive income and profit. · Your web development and content management systems knowledge and experience – preferably using Episerver – are at expert level. · User journey, engaging content, statistical analysis, customer experience, MVT, optimisation – are all things you think about in your sleep · It goes without saying that as you’re kicking the project off and pulling it all together, your organisational skills, planning and getting things done on time are what you’re known for. · You’re good at building relationships with your suppliers, agencies and stakeholders and often exceed their expectations; but you’re not shy when you need to push back.
