If so, we have a perfect opportunity for an experienced Residential Home Manager to join a forward thinking care provider in the Skipton area. This care home is a charitable environment that runs on the passion and generosity of their staff force and they need a strong leader to keep this not-for-profit home at the top of care standards. As Home Manager, you would be expected to manage a stunning 47 bedded elderly care home that provides Dementia and Residential Care. This particular home, a converted manor house surrounded by the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, is described by residents and residents as homely, friendly and above all caring. Under this company, the home has gained fantastic local recommendations and a CQC rating of 'Good'. A new manager entering this service would have the opportunity to take this home to the next level and really bring focus to the resident experience. This kind of approach will open doors for you as the company look to expand their senior management teams. To apply for this role, you must be have a NVQ Level 4 qualification is Health and Social Care and have a proven background in successfully managing a residential care home. Experience in elderly care, specifically with a Dementia focus, is also essential.
