This vacancy is for an exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced HR Contract Manager with great relationship and exceptional negotiation skills. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Contract Manager and take a primary lead in the managing the relationship for new collaborative HR Shared Service Centre. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, they will play a pivotal role in supporting the transition to the new HR Operating Model and work with the Partnership and on the contract. Client Details Details provided upon application. Description The HR SSC Relationship Manager, will be responsible for managing the contract and reviewing the Service Level Agreements. They will ensure that the contract is proactively managed with appropriate governance to ensure that service level agreements are met or exceeded, ensure best value and quality solutions are both secured and implemented. They will drive process and look for further contract efficiencies. They will undertake best value; ensure quality solutions, whilst ensuring the collaboration delivers on all aspects of the Service Level Agreements. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to have a strategic impact on HR and identify and jointly progress actions for business improvements. They will also be required to work with the HR Shared Service Improvement Manager to ensure actions from the business improvement plan improve the service delivery and customer experience for all employees. They will undertake analysis of management information in respect of the contract, working with the HR Shared Service Centre on trend analysis, researching, identifying and suggesting evidence based business improvements. Profile In order to be considered for this role, you must have solid, proven work experience in a similar role as well as the following attributes: Strong HR contract manager, with substantial experience managing business expectations within the context of services or change, in a customer facing role. Track record of building and strengthening key relationships to support business delivery and reputation. Able to make business improvements and oversee the direction of the contract. Proactive and confident problem solver. Use positive relationship management to resolve issues. Previous experience and track record of working at a senior level delivering HR service solutions to support business delivery in a complex business environment. Able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to work across external boundaries and initiate change beyond formal accountable structures. Possess excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to build relationships, instil confidence and operate with gravitas. An approachable and personable team player, able to communicate with all staff and provide support across the board. Minimum of 3 years HR contract management experience at this level. Although not essential, the ideal candidate would have relevant experience of managing HR contracts such as an outsourced / partnership delivered shared service centre.
