Regional HR Business Partner for Charitable organisation Based in either Leicester or Dartford £275 to £300 per day, possibly negotiable A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner at this highly reputable charitable organisation that really transforms lives and makes a difference in the community. If you are solution focused and action orientated then this is the role for you This is a really interesting and challenging role where you will be working in partnership with business leaders and line managers to influence and steer strategy through development to implementation. You will provide guidance and build strong relationships to ensure business objectives are met and add real value to the business. You are customer focused and will provide operational and organisational development to drive and support change; you will be instrumental in the business planning and succession planning process, designing coaching workshops and developing performance management in your business area. This is a great opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the HR Business Partner role, utilising your skills and experience to make a real difference. To be successful in this role you must be an experienced HR Business Partner who is confident in their ability to deliver, you will demonstrate strong relationship management skills and are not afraid of a challenge. You will demonstrate that you are able to work both strategically and operationally, have good influencing skills and are trustworthy and confidential in all matters. This role can either be based in Leicester or Dartford but you must have the flexibility to travel to the different offices on a weekly basis.
